Great opportunity for a Veterinarian that would thrive in a fast-paced, well-established, progressive small animal practice. We have multiple locations in beautiful North County San Diego, CA. Looking for full- and part-time veterinarians who are passionate about the client relationship, high-quality medicine, a team-oriented approach, and promoting the human-animal bond.

We are a well-equipped organization offering modern diagnostics, digital x-ray, surgical laser, endoscopy, surgical and dental equipment, and an in-house laboratory. There is great opportunity for exposure to advanced surgical orthopedic techniques and access to our regenerative medical center utilizing platelet rich plasma and stem cell therapy. Our organization provides a pleasant work environment with well-trained technical staff, including experienced Registered Veterinary Technicians. Doctors are also supported in room by Exam Room Advocates that assist with client service and support the use of Electronic Medical Records.

Exam Room Advocate – Carlsbad

We are seeking a dynamic Exam Room Advocate for our Carlsbad practice. We are focused on making sure our hospital has the right tools to allow our doctors and medical staff the ability to provide excellent service and care. That’s where you come in!

Applicants must have a strong work ethic, preserve a positive personality, capable of communicating effectively, be able to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment, can work in harmony with a team, possess a well-rounded technical skill set and have a passion for delivering exceptional care to patients as well as clients. Duties will include, but may not be limited to, assisting in medical treatment and procedures under the supervision and direction of the attending Veterinarian, keeping accurate medical records, client education, promotion of hospital products and services and support of the Doctors and other team members.

Applicants should be able to prioritize and plan work activities; be a problem solver; have excellent oral and written communication; and be adaptable to changes in the work environment, delays, or unexpected events. Prerequisites include a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years customer service experience. The ideal candidate is an individual with a veterinary background.
